Since I'm letting my love of SNK take over whilst I'm sat at home feeling poor, sick and thoroughly infuriated with the number of reppukens being thrown my way, I sincerely implore everyone to check out SNK's arrange soundtracks if they're into some fucking cool instrumental stuff. Geese's KoF'96 arrange theme pretty much sums it up;
probably my favorite Death album cause of all the memories I have with that album. But Spiritual Healing and Leprosy are one of their finest albums.. Scream bloody gore is just typical death-metal but like said before you can't go wrong with any Death album. They're all great in their own way.
Agreed. I love them all to death (hehe ) but I just like Scream Bloody Gore, Leprosy and Individual Thought Patterns a little less. Can't go wrong with any of them though.
I was considering getting ITP (mainly because of Overactive Imagination and Out Of Touch), but because of the lack of individual record stores, I have to use HMV to get my CDs. And I'm not driving 4 hours to Montreal or Quebec, so I'm getting Symbolic instead. Any thoughts?
That's a good idea man. ALOT of awesome shit gets posted here.
As for Nile, I know a few people listen to them on here. I myself have three albums, Annihilation of the Wicked, In Their Darkened Shrines and Those Whom the Gods Detest. I can obviously see that they are insanely talented, but they get a bit too much praise I think. Still a great band though.
Yeah Woods of Desolation are great too, their latest is one of my favourites of the year.
If you're interested in this kinda stuff, you should check out bands like Alcest, Fen, Lantlos, Amesoeurs, Altar of Plagues, Ash Borer, and Drudkh. This kinda stuff is probably my favourite genre thesedays.
