Naw, man... that title goes to a previous, more expansive-sounding work of their's, Close to a World Below. Or for more old-school, Incantation's Onwards to Golgotha or a Morpheus Descends album.

Weaker sounding? Immolation are more "brutal" than Neurosis, but quality wise Immolation have nothing on Neurosis.
