WHAT HAVE I BECOME. More than a hipster at this point. I started cultivating my own sourdough bread yeast, by just combining flour and water, and I will caress my bacterial baby every day from this day on until I can bake my very own hipster bread.

My wife is looking at getting into baking our own sourdough, can't wait. Will save us a shit ton of hipster money to spend on other hipster things like beard oil and avocados.

The hipster bio eco natural flour is more expensive than seedless virgin avocadoes anyway, and you need the hipster flour because it's made of wheat fertilized by vegan unicorn shit.

I was a bit bored this evening so I decided to attempt a Tikka Masala.

3 chicken breast tenderloins
finely chopped green onions (my family use these in place of all onions)
quartered grape tomatoes.

Chicken chopped, then marinated in curry paste with milk because I didnt have any plain yogurt.

Lightly fried green onions, add marinated chicken chunks and tomatoes, add another splash of milk, simmer for 20-25 minutes.

Served over calrose rice. (my preference)

Had some steak for lunch on saturday. I think it was flanksteak.

Had some goat cheese and oversized capers later, I fucking love both smelly old cheese and big capers.
