Well we generally don't call them cookies but we have chocolate and we have chocolate covered things with cream between them so that's pretty close.

I guess they look a little bit like thin Tim Tams which are an Aussie thing, but I don't think they are that unique. Apparently the guy who invented Tim Tams got the inspiration from something called a Penguin Biscuit or something so they aren't even an Aussie invention.

If you can do what they call a Tim Tam slam with them they are close enough because that's all people seem to care about with Tim Tams. Bite off opposite corners and try to suck a warm drink through the cream like a straw, if it holds together then people might go wild for it.
