The shielding technology is better in Star Trek, the weapons and ships are better in Star Wars. X-wings and TIE fighters and the like would be totally useless if they got in a fight with a Star Trek ship, but a Star Destroyer would kick anything Star Trek has to offer, except the Defiant. Death Star would probably win against the Defiant.

And the Millenium Falcon would get pwned even by the Enterprise.

Yeah, now that I think about it the Death Star would murder anything from the Star Trek universe in seconds. A big ass fleet would stand a better chance.
