ah, for me they used to come into the store are work at. First they'll arrogantly yell "WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM MAKING THE BEER HARD TO FIND" (vs asking " where is the beer")
I tell them " we don't carry beer in grocery stores in canada"
They say "YOUR A LIEING SACK OF SHIT, I ALWAYS BUY MY BEER IN THE STORE"
Followed by arguement because they're too lazy to go out the door and 20 feet to their right and go into the liquor store.

Yeah, we get a fair few of those too. I just ignore them. We also get lots of "can I hear you talk, you guys have such perty accents".

That said, we do have a fair few really polite and very nice American tourists. They quite often come up and talk around where my uni is based.
