The picture was taken a few miles south of a little place named Tooele Utah, which is about 30 miles south of Salt Lake City. You can see it if you ever end up driving on I-80 through Utah.

so what does the Army Depot exactly have there?

Well, half of it was sold out to a private company, which turned the buildings into a area known as "Utah Industrial Depot", hosting about 30 companys (one of which I work for it). Next to it is Army land, where they have a bunch of chemical weapons they're in the process of incinerating. I just love breathing the air. Especially with the Dugway proving and testing grounds about 13 miles away from the incineration plant.
