I think i might have accidentally bullied my way into a promotion. I had 3 interviews for 3 different jobs (one was within my company doing the Adult Day Hab Without Walls). It's more money, and more of what I'm inclined to do. Not to mention way more stabled hours. Anyways, one of the jobs i interviewed for called me back and said they wanted to hire me. Its for the same thing I'm doing now but more money and more stable hours (according to them because the nature of this job is chaotic) and they needed an answer by today. So i had to call the day hab and see what's up. I mean it's walking distance from my house and seems like it would be a lot of fun and it's wayyy less paperwork. She told me she would've given me an answer by the end of the week and shit how long is a gal supposed to wait? So i called them today and told them i got another offer and was just checking up on the status to see where i stood in the hiring process. So they had a fucking meeting and called me back in an hour and i got the promotion. I don't mean to be bossy sometimes, but jeez people need to be more timely in their responses!
