nah but its technically illegal in VA to send nicotine without a signature to prove the recipient is 21, and that only works with some types of mail luckily for me

now that i think about it im not sure how that would work considering most sellers are gonna be out of state. not sure if the sender would be liable or not. i know i would because they also made the laws in my state such that it is illegal to possess nicotine under 21. so it could still end badly for me if the package got intercepted. im sure its a misdemeanor so i wouldnt really be worried, its not like theyre actually gonna go through the trouble to track me down over some shit like that
