Building on the bit of debate from the other thread over Europe vs. US death metal, decide which country CURRENTLY cranks out the best metal acts.

And I mean it when I say CURRENTLY. Don't cast your ballot based on the merits of 2 decades ago. I'm talking within the past 10 years, name the country producing the best metal today.
