What bands are bands that you just dont "get"?

Many of the bands I don't like but are considered popular to the masses been mentioned already - hmmm, what does this mean? Some bands I knid of know why I don't like them, others are just because.
Black Sabbath - always hated Ozzie's vocals
Iron Maiden - always hated Bruce Dickinsons vocals
Pink Floyd - just never "hit" me
Bruce Springsteen - so he put on 3-hour marathon concerts
Tool - I like a few songs and thought they were excellent in concert, but I still don't listen to them
Nirvana - absolutely nothing special there
Alice in Chains - another of the grunge bands that did nothing for me
Judas Priest - again, I liked a few songs, but I was never "into" them
KISS - painted faces, big deal
Alice Cooper - some paint, pretty ugly, can't sing for shit
Rage Against the Machine - not good to me
Red Hot Chili Peppers - I just hate them through and through
Faith No More - I can remember a fish flopping around in a video, that's all
Def Leppard - even a one armed drummer didn't save them in my eyes

I like Sound Garden, and some of Nirvana, but the other grunge band is Pearl Jam, apparantly, but I don't get them at all, although I've tried.
Megadeth. For somre reason, almost all of their stuff just bores me. I can't seem to get into it. Actually their covers are alright (They covered Black Sabbath's "Paranoid" pretty well, and Arch Enemy did a good cover of Symphony of Destruction) but normal stuff bores me.
Cannibal Corpse. Again, they just bore me.
Dream Theater. See above.
Pantera used to, but they're slowly growing on me.

damn, i love RHCP, Floyd, Tool to some extent, Maiden, RATM...Katatonia frikin rocks, as does PoS. (imo)
I will have to agree about Bodom though. take the keyboards down a notch.

i used to not be into tool, but now i love em.
same with dream theater.
bands that i don't get at the moment: radiohead, nevermore, strapping young lad (i've heard some songs, but haven't bought any of their cds), and i may get killed for this, but celtic frost, first time i heard them i could have sworn i was listening to hair metal.

What's wrong with saying that? Wouldn't this thread be boring without opinions?
(And yes, I am really defensive about Dream Theater, only elsewhere now.)

Slayer - I know that they are innovators of metal, but their music is profusely boring to me.
Dream Theater - They are all very talented musicians, but they just don't seem to fit together as a band.
Judas Priest - Yes, they were very influential... However, their music seems very immature and stupid to me.
Mike Patton - All of the music that I have heard by him just pisses me off.(except Fantomas, I like them)
There are countless other bands that do not appeal to me, but greater part of them are not even worth mentioning.

To everyone who says they don't get Nirvana, I'm wondering if any of you have seen a live performance from them. Thats what got me liking them. I think you can really hear the pain in Kurt's vocals and thats what makes them so well liked.

And oh yeah, the band I don't get is Emperor. I guess I just don't like black metal even though Sons Of Northern Darkness is a favorite album of mine.
