Hi,

yes, great, I have seen Julian Sas two times in Bremen. At the www.meisenfrei.de and the second time at Breminale, which is three day festival in Bremen by the river Weser. The stages are normal stages as we all know them, but on the other habd they have circus tents ans even an Auto Scooter as a stage.
Julian was great. When I listen to Blues Rock, it has to be the more heavy Blues Rock.

Riverside on 13 dec in De Boerderij Zoetermeer
Riverside on 14 dec in Plato, Helmond

The Guestz is actually my band, but even if I will be playing, it's a gig I have to go to anyway! :D

rjfoster, it would be cool to say a few words at Rotherham and at Newport for the DT gig...

I sold our 2 tickets for the DT show at Wembley because of money problems so intend to make up for it in Newport instead.

I don't expect anyone here is really interested as I like most types of music, not just rock, and Threshold are the only prog rock band I'd spend money on going to see live, but.....
I saw Muse last year and again this summer at the IW festival. They are simply the best band I've seen live, though I do wish they would interact a little more with the audience, but that's not a criticism.
I'm going to see Sam Brown at the end of next month. For those who don't know, she had a hit single called "Stop" a few years ago and has appeared live with Jules Holland and done backing for Pink Floyd. She has an amazing bluesy voice which I like.

Sure thing. You profile says 'Wales', if it's South Wales and you're traveling to Rotherham via the M5 fancy sharing travel costs from Worcester?

Just saw Paradise Lost last week.

Maybe i'll check Amon Amarth and Dimmu Borgir

In October i'll see Moonspell.

Then in November: Heaven & Hell

April: Nightwish.

5th October : Dream Theater and Symphony X

18th November : Deep Purple

6th April : Nightwish

I might also go and see Riverside and Porcupine Tree in December.

Eventually, there are some good shows in France too. But I'm still waiting for Threshold for another concert in Paris

The four of us are travelling from South Wales, but seeing as you will be a stranger to my three companions, it may prove a little uncomfortable if you were to tag along. Hope to see you there anyway so take along a piece of cardboard with my name on it so I know who you are.
