The Tremont has raised its prices considerably, but still probably the cheapest place to get suite-style hotel rooms at a decent price. I'm tempted to book a hotel at the Raddisson just to stay with the bands but I realize that I probably won't have enough balls to hang out/talk to anyone in the bands after the show anyways, but whatever.

Checked plane tickets on southwest and right now it totals up to $363 :| Then plus the MDF ticket, its nearly $500. After that theres hotel, food and merch costs which puts it to be around $650+ :S thats not lookin' too good at all.

I don't know, I haven't gone around to the hotel websites comparing prices yet. Guess I'll go ahead and do that while I'm in the middle of number-crunching. I did try looking up prices at the Radisson earlier today but their site's fucked up so I couldn't. They can fuck off anyway.

Mike, I'm like 90%+ sure we're going with Tremont again. Even if other places are cheaper, I doubt most of us would want to risk going somewhere that the rooms might end up smaller or the hotel staff stricter about the rules. I'd love to hear other people's first-hand reports of places, but if I were given the task of making hotel arrangements for a group of people (which I probably will again), I would not be comfortable choosing a new place based solely on a few webpages of info. The only other place I've seen folks here report on is the Sheraton, which doesn't seem to have any rooms available for MDF weekend.
