I've just pressed play on your vid, but apparently it's from the BNP, so it's bound to be more than a bit biased. Also, the U.K. is nowhere near the heart of Europe.

Immigration, in moderate doses, can be an enrichment. But if you have people moving into a country in extreme large numbers, setting up enclaves and pushing the original populace out of their neighbourhoods/cities, demanding special rights from a feeble and politically overcorrect government and showing no respect for the people who allowed them in and who finance the infrastructure and accomodation they use, then you cannot honestly say that's not a bad thing.

guess it just doesn't make a difference to me if immigrants or non-immigrants live off other people's money. and i don't think there are much more disrespectful, antisocial immigrants than non-immigrants. i do agree tho, that this becomes problematic when minorities actually demand special rights against the majority. in how far has this happened in belgium so far? don't really know of any specific case like this in germany... (i mean not claiming special rights but actually receiving special rights...)

Well, in some places in Belgium, it's literally "Little Morrocco". And unfortunately, due to the immigrant cuddling policy implemented by our government ("every criminal is a victim!"), the bad elements of those immigrant groups get free rein to do whatever they want. I agree we shouldn't condemn all the immigrants because of a problematic fraction, but that fraction needs to be dealt with, and part of dealing with the problem is making sure it doesn't increase, i.e. proclaim an immigration stop.

basically the first time ever someone accused me of being politically correct. also i don't really see how i said that 'it's all because of the indigenous population'. as DW said: the video shows a immigrants walking around in the streets; no aggression, no violence, not even people totally incapable of speaking the official language ... but i guess it impresses some people

Of course. The only way I would have a problem with it would be if they were harassing people or posed a threat.
However, it's up to the people to take a stand in that case and take back their community if it's being overrun by hoodlums. There are tons of Romanians and Albanians in Italy, but for the most part they don't cause any trouble. There are a few who commit serious crimes but they are punished for it by being jailed then deported if they aren't of legal status. Also, if that doesn't solve the problem, the populace will...people here don't like other people telling them to change their way of life. They welcome everyone so long as they conform to our way of living.
Individuals may be a little racist sometimes here, but I don't see the policies being racist. I've been trying to change jobs for months and there is no shortage of work for other immigrants who come here. It sucks to be me but it's nice to know that there's very little favoritism, at least in the north.
