Is anyone else getting rather annoyed on these whole French Black Metal hype. There is some good stuff, or better yet some amazing stuff. So therefor, what other scenes are good?

Does anyone else here like Odious from Egypt? They sound like Melechesh, but more black metal. They incorporate Middle Eastern folk instruments sometimes, too, which sounds pretty cool.

Hey kevenz which branikald album should I start with? They have many albums.

Rdjandalir in my opinion is their best, very atmospheric and amazing..... the production isn't so great but black metal isn't about great production anyway

Necuratul said the french scene is overhyped..... well the russian scene is certainly underrated... with Branikald, Forest and most recently Walknut! amazing new band.
