Fran Marder and Kostogher are much better then Antikosmos. Kampen isn't bad either.

I'm getting more into Black Metal with Emperor. I know some people say they're overrated, so could you guys give me some stuff similar to them, but better?

Not much can be considered better, and they're definitely not overrated. Here are some good symphonic/etc recs though:

Kampen isn't bad either.

Kampen is great. It sounds pretty wild, also psychotic, which makes it excellent. Same's for Trulen, - also a very good release.

I should probably give it another listen. I don't remember much from it. I just remember it being not quite as good as their other albums.

Nazxul - Totem is one of the landmark albums of the 90's for black metal. Black Seed is also great.

Here's a tip: The volume on Kostogher isn't that loud, but it's intentional. It's designed to get you to turn your speakers up, so that when you get to the loud parts, they crackle. Fun stuff.
