Wow Halo of Blood is a really great song! I love how dark it is and with so much energy. The beginning of the solo is a bit too slow though.

Halo Of Blood is fucking amazing. Bodom are 2 for 2 at the moment. Things are looking good for us. I think I even like the title track more than Transference (though I might be in the minority, because it looks like most of you prefer Transference).

Halo of blood is one of the best songs in bodom's catalog. it got that extreme metal vibe that bodom were missing. I love this shit.

Oh my fucking god HoB is insane! Not really a fan of blastbeats usually, but that's when I hear them in songs from bands like Nile or Dying Fetus (which I don't like). In HoB, since it's a CoB song and therefore pretty melodic and stuff, I think the blastbeats just bring out more agressiveness and kinda balances it all out. That's gonna be an amazing track live!

Definitely liking HOB more than Transference atm. The latter just sounds so bland and empty in comparison, but this may be due to hearing it so many times. Still reckon the second verse in HOB should have been changed up. Maybe double bass kicks, but still awesome.

Yeah I agree with you, double kicks or an harmony part would've been nice. What I really like is that its giving me shivers just like when I listen to HB-FTR-HCDR. There's something I can't pinpoint that was lost and is now back! (at least in HoB)

HOB sounds definitely better than Transference for me. And it would be indeed a great opener but only with that short bit before the actual song starts. That what we heard in the radio rip.
