To Kill a King isn't their worst album, but it is kind of dull.

Also, you have Voyager on there twice.

Updated my list, but I'm still going through them as we speak. I'm on Courts of Chaos but boy, I reminded myself why I never dug Out of the Abyss. Thrash MR is dull.

I actually feel pretty good about this one. There's already 7 valid lists after a week. Motorhead got 9 total, after almost a month. Also, from scanning the votes, I have no idea how the results will play out (other than Crystal Logic almost definitely getting first place).

while i generally agree, 'war in heaven' and 'helicon' are still as good as anything on MYSTIFICATION (which is also one of their thrashiest albums, to its detriment).

I understand the complaints people have with thrash Manilla Road, but it just sounds so endearingly clunky to me, especially on Out of the Abyss which is by far my favorite of their thrash-y albums.

"War in Heaven" and "Helicon" are also way better than anything on Mystification.

War in Heaven is slightly passable, but Whitechapel and Midnight Meat Train are abominations. I don't remember Helicon but I rated it a 1/5 on RYM so it's probably shit.

It's definitely not their best but I was talking about The Blessed Curse mainly. The acoustic songs and "Tomes of Clay" are some of the best shit they've done since Gates of Fire probably.

No problem. I'm probably gonna start listing the results on Sunday or Monday, as I'm still developing my opinion on The Blessed Curse, Mysterium and To Kill a King and need a few more days myself.

However, I would say anyone that wants their votes to count should aim to get their list in soon.
