Good point - I assumed it was them feeding from the hands of another, but that may need further clarification depending on the surrounding lines.

No, by "their" I meant human hands.
It is a metaphoric sentence about people with no brain that always do what their leaders say, like christians or muslims.
How can the chicken peck if he has no head?

I suck at lyrics and I suck at english, but spanish or basque sound weird to my ears.

An english speaker would never actually say "neck does break" though.
I'll try to explain a little:
In most cases the inclusion of do/does in a phrase "X do Y" implies a stress on the do,
because the "do" is usually redundant anyway.
Example:
Bob: "Manowar suck"
Jim: "Hey, no they don't! Manowar are awesome!"
Bob: "No, Manowar do suck! really hard!"
Back to the case at hand,
"Neck breaks" is adequate to describe the action of a neck breaking, the inclusion of do/does would be redundant,
and would imply a stress on the affirmative quality of the statement.
An english speaker would never actually say "neck does break" though.
Unless you want to emphatize the verb.
That is what I learnt when I took english lessons so many years ago.

And yes it emphasises the verb, but in a sort of "argument" way.
Its more of an emphasis on the truth of the verb, rather than the verb itself.
"Neck Breaks" is like a statement about what happens.
"Neck does break" is more like one side of a debate about whether necks break or not.

Yup, we call that the "emphatic do" and as Shane said it's generally used when someone denies something you say which you know is true, like the Manowar example, it doesn't emphasize the verb but the "positiveness" of the verb. Another use is as an exclamation like "I do hate Manowar!!" when your brother keeps playing it over and over, like you're reminding yourself of how much you hate it. In the context of that song, it sounds wrong, I would change it. I don't see any other mistakes in it though

I'd personally write it as:
It's always take, take, take.
Repeat and grind
Keep your head low,
Until your neck just breaks....
The only other thing that jumps out is whether "flies" or "lies" are hiding in their words.
