Mail from the End

All 3 of my emails went through the "contact support" part. I either want my CD or my money back. But they need to clarify things better. This is a little rediculous!!
 
OK, I just received mail from The End. I had to resend my payment to paypal@theendrecords.com, as they instructed. They answered my case # and said to respond to it after the transaction was completed, so I did that too. I also asked them what will happen to the $$ I already sent to orders@theendrecords.com. Hopefully they'll help me out with that...

Has this happened to anyone else, or am I the only impatient bone-head who's ever done that??:confused:

I still haven't heard word from the end records on whether they had more in stock or not.. I suppose I was fortunate enough to get the poster and DVD bonus...

I've received a mail today from The End. They said to me that they are not able to say who getting Special edition stuff, autograph or anything special yet. They got more that 4000 orders yet. They are trying to wrap up everything this week and to ship it as soon as possible.

Don'T be mad about Theendrecords. Those guys are professional and they give an excellent customer support. They are just overloaded right now.
 
If they got 4k from the end records then I must say it's gonna be quite a good launch, profitwise. Multiply that for all the big stores across europe and the us. The number of preorders must be quite high. 50k+?

the full package was sold out after two days online. I tried to see if they could give me a backorder for it but they said they wouldn't be putting out any more. Much to my chagrin.
 
Yey... I received my email a few days ago.

Curious what the 3 digit number before the 6 digit one means. I got 496-216678 on my order on the end's site, but the email has 224911 as the sale number. Ehh, I'm happy as long as I can snag one of the special items on ebay some time later on, surely they'll end up there.
 
I got #530-215274. I made the order on April 17th, confirmed to get the autographed booklet. Too bad I missed mellotron heart but the special collectors edition is gonna pwn.

My payment expired as well, and I re-sent the funds.
 
I'm fucked, since placing my order I lost my debit card and had to have it replaced. So they still have my old number in the system. Mailed them twice about it, no response yet. So I guess I can assume that its going to fuck me over :confused:
