Dan yawno wrote some good shit with EOS , but overall he sucks, but not too much. Nightingale is pretty vomit-inducing and cheesy, and i can't stand any of his solo stuff, ibh.

I can't make a decision one way or the other. Both are impressive musicians, and great at writing in their own styles.

I'm not meaning any disrespect, but knowing your a fan of metal, I'm sure you love the dark flavor that metal music delivers. Nightingale, while not being metal, harnesses this same concept. Have you ever listined to The breathing Shaddow? It's dripping with this dark emotion! I admit the first time I heard it, I wasn't sure if I liked it. But a week later, I was hooked. I'm just saying give it a chance you may change your mind.
