i did manage to finish what i was supposed to do today AND come home fairly early.
in the next few days i'll have to work pretty hard too, but things are slowly coming together according to plan, as far as my job is concerned.
i've also discovered that sometimes grays are cooler than blacks and whites. i hope this doesn't sound racist.

NF: Sick and bloody tired of writing these bloody job applications, everything I put down on paper comes out as so clichéd and ridiculous that I'm ashamed to send them off... Blah. Think I'm going to start sending various book publishers and such unwanted emails/letters begging them for a position as proof-reader, because that's one thing I know I'd do well.
