My old Biology teacher in high school threw books at people though. He was fine, until he got pissed, and he went crazy, and he had been around so much and had so much favorability among parents, students, and alumni alike he wasn't going to get fired or get in trouble for it, he probbaly got encouraged to do it. But I seen him throw water on a girl in the lab, tell someone to get the hell out, and he's been throwing books at people for years, it's always funny when you hear of that happening. It was so funny when he got pissed off.

When I was in the 11th grade, we took U.S. History III. It covered post WW2 and on, so a lot of civil rights movement kind of stuff.

To illustrate one of his lessons on Affirmative Action, our teacher starts desrcibing a foot race. The foot face is between a white man, a woman and a black man. The white man rushes out ahead because the woman and the black man have weights shackled to their ankles. The shackles are eventually removed, but they still can not catch up because the white man has such a head start. My friend chimes in:

"Yeah, those shackles? It's called laziness."

Our teacher just says. "You're a real asshole, you know that?"

Yea, I'm one of those kids who chimes in with little jokes like that.

I often do things like that during English. I have one of the worst Honors English teachers in existence, and I make sure she knows that I don't approve of her teaching. I honestly think I could do a better job.
