@Necuratul or anyone else who has an opinion on the subject: What do you think about Don Imus' comments about the Rutgers basketball team? For those who don't know Imus jokingly called the team "nappy headed hos". Of course Al Sharpton et al are going ballistic on Imus. One girl on the team said that she is "scarred for life". Obviously it was a dickish comment, but come on, it's not like he said something really awful. I think people are completely overreacting to this.
What would be really impressive is if he got upthere all by himself.

I'm an English Ed major with a focus on Rhetoric & Comp
...I think after I graduate, and I still have some sanity, I'm gonna go for my MFA in Creative Writing
It's remarkable how many people on this board are college bound, in college, or have graduated college, and a mentionable few are undergoing or going to undergo post graduate studies. The few who aren't in this category are still in very respectable jobs. There are very few typical burnout metalheads on this board, if any. This point has been made in the past but I feel that is has a particular relevance to this page.

not really, most of that stereotype is based on the way most metalheads dress (which doesn't exactly scream out "succesful future businessman"), as well as the image of the genre
