opeth the only death metal band some of you listen too?

When I first heard OPETH, I hadn't really listened to any death metal, so I obviously didn't like the vocals. However, after I had sunken deep into DM/BM, I listened to OPETH again, and I was amazed. I still listen to a lot of those other bands, but not as much as OPETH. Some death bands that I still like a lot:

OSSASTORIUM(a technical Lithuanian band)

NECROPHAGIST

DARKTHRONE(their first album)

old SENTENCED (it was about time for them to die, after becoming such pop)
oh, and I guess FINNTROLL has some death elements. they are my second favorite band, after OPETH.

At first I hated the death metal genre, then my friend (a huge DT fan) told me about them, and I tried to get into them but the growling still turned me off; suddenly, one day, it clicked and they became my favorite band. Since then, I listen to some (not a lot) of death metal: Morbid Angel, Amon Amarth, Yyrkoon, Children of Bodom (if you consider that Death metal), Immortal, Death.. etc etc

Yeah! Arsis rock hell! their sound is kind of arch enemy but faster,harder and hmm i dont know....maybe BETTER!
