Progressive Nation tour dates

Keep in mind that the seats in Boston start at row DD-RR and then B-Y (don't ask me why...) So, row D is row #18. Still, not bad, but misleading.

Here's the seating chart if anyone is interested: LINK

true but i think the first 15 rows were of the $150 variety. i got on ticketmaster EXACTLY at 10 AM and the first tickets i was offered were the ones i got. then i tried for the more expensive ones and got row KK. sitting row 18 in the middle for the price is like sitting in the first couple rows of the grandstand behind a dugout at fenway. can't beat the value

I'll probably be buying my tickets sometime next week... gotta see if anyone wants to go first.

But, for anyone going to the Orpheum in Boston: it lists like $35 and $39 ticket prices... is the $35 balcony and the $39 floor?

Yes, but it ends up being a lot more (over $50) once taxes and bullshit charges are added on.

Even if I go and buy the tickets in person? I usually buy in person to avoid the ridiculous fees they tack on online.

This could turn out to be quite an expensive show... but, for Opeth, I think I'll have to go.

Yeah i can't search for OPeth without getting th mx_opeth shit... whatever
AND
WHY THE FUCK aren't they telling us when the tickets are supposed to go on sale, the DC Date, DAR Con Hall, they have nothing on their website about it and nothing on ticket master about it.
p.s.
they just released a shit load of tickets to a bunch of other gigs so if you haven't been checking every hour, check now lol.

I'd buy them ahead of time if I were you. I bought mine only a day after they went on sale....I'm seated pretty far back :erk:

You bought orchestra tickets and they're still seats?

The Orpheum is an old opera hall built like 150 years ago, seats all around, maybe 5000 capacity? Definitely NOT the venue I would most like to see this gig at but beggars can't be choosers. It's only so often Opeth comes to MA

Ah, it's a big old place. So there is no standing room right up front, it's just all seats? Meh.
