Should Marijuana be legalized?

people over 21 in Denver Colorado have been able to buy their weed at the cash registers of liquor stores for a while now

so why the freaking-hell can't the rest of the country just sell weed in their local liquor stores already??

I live in Oregon and don’t mind weed...but it’s not ALL good. There needs to be more restrictions. In the construction and trades fields, it’s made people who can pass a drug test almost impossible to find and stoners don’t understand WHY companies drug test- insurance companies usually require them in most fields and the fields that don’t require drug testing usually require a huge jump in rates if your company wants to go rogue...THAT’S why they can’t get jobs. Also, drugs should be a recreation on THEIR OWN TIME- I’m sick of trying to do business and function around drug addicts who think not being able to function is normal and don’t consider themselves “addicts” when they’re clearly cheesed out, habitual users who look absolutely stupid to the rest of us who are educated and NOT baked out. I have work to do and circumnavigating around spaced-out people sucks...but on your own time, do what you want IMO...nothing wrong with a puff at the right time

i remember a news story about how one of the large companies that piss-tests employees had to completely remove THC from their urine-tests (in Colorado) because they couldn't find anyone in Colorado who was both willing to work for the company and also able to test clean for weed, apparently, the weed usage in Colorado had gotten to the point where this one company had to just fucking start hiring pot-heads because they could't survive without hiring weed-smokers

It obviously was not a company that holds liability, ie: office job...even then they will still pay a MUCH higher premium on their insurance because of that decision...in construction and liability trades however, developers’ insurance companies will never allow “stoned” sub-contractors to operate on their property even if the sub-contractors’ insurance company SOMEHOW allows it. Most stoners don’t understand that their own health insurance is DIFFERENT from the companies liability insurance...”bu-bu-but it’s LEGAL!!”- lol

yeah
it's like the people that are drunk all the fucking time, and then look down their nose at "drug users" because "alcohol is legal"

so, then this happened
Labor shortage: More businesses mellowing out over hiring pot smokers
