I would support Sabbath's debut or Heaven & Hell, but I (somewhat controversially) don't really see greatness in Vol. 4, and Sabbath Bloody Sabbath had great material but was a little too focused on the progressive side of things.

Spectrum of Death should get in, but not any time soon
Realms of Chaos and IVth Crusade are their two best.
Severed Survival and Tomb of the Mutilated should be getting in soon, and Mental Funeral and The Bleeding should make it later.
