Disembowelment - Transcendence into the Peripheral
Winter - Into Darkness

Personally, i would love to see Draconian Times on the list as well, as i think it's a masterpiece of gothic/doom. Additionally, October Rust should be on the list at some point (maybe not the top 100).

I know gothic/doom gets a bad wrap on this forum, but i love these records and i do think that they are important metal albums.

There hasn't been much melodic death metal up there.

Also, how the fuck has Carcass - Necroticism not made the list ???

Edit: Some Autopsy would be ideal as well, Mental Funeral perhaps?
 
i'd love to see Autopsy on here. i prefer Severed Survival but either would work. Winter, Disembowelment, and Asphyx could go on too. Entombed and perhaps Carnage too, even if we already have Dismember.

cmon guys, two fates warning albums in the top 75? Thats just too much John Arch for the list man.

I agree with Asphyx, Carcass and Entombed getting on soon, but like Lat said, it definitely should'nt be Necrotism ... Id say Symphonies of Sickness is easily their best.

Pure Holocaust/Awaken The Guardian/At The Heart of Winter

I don't know man, I'd have trouble describing to you exactly why Awaken the Guardian should be high on the list, but I do know that a lot of people would agree with me. I think your distaste for Arch is fine though, as you've accepted my distaste for Mustaine.
