It seems like next in line is Flesh of the Gods, some kind of 80's vampire thriller with Kristen Stewart and Oscar Isaac.

in the movie Dan Drieberg is a more realistic/sympathetic character
Rorschach is a scarier character
Rorschach retrieving his "face" instead of having a "spare face"
Dan Drieberg actually watching Rorschach die and his reaction to it
as opposed to the comic where Dan's got his dick in Laurie's pussy at the moment Rorschach dies

the only thing i would have changed about the movie would be to add just a little to Sally's dialog at the end to explain to Laurie (and subsequently the audience) that the moment Laurie was conceived was the only moment that Sally has ever had a dick inside her pussy (which is pretty clear to the audience of the comic once you re-read it enough times)

I watched French Connection II - pretty entertaining, especially Gene getting drunk during his withdrawal and rambling about baseball.

Also dared to watch The Witch given people still talk about it and I liked Anya in Queen's Gambit. I know I dislike most supernatural/folk horror, but it still managed to be more shitty than expected. Just seemed like a movie where about a TV episode's worth of stuff happens.
