Now what's wrong with GR? I think it's brilliant.

I just think it's not heavy enough, too commercial sounding and the keyboards are horrible.
I love all the Opeth albums up until Damnation was released. That was the beginning of the end in my humble opinion.

Are you serious? Lamentations was very lacking in sound! The guitars weren't loud enough and it all sounded too, erm, weak. Not enough power in there. It soudned nothing like when I saw them live last year.

It's your sound mix. Sounds perfect for me.

The mellow set of Lamentation sounded okay mostly because they played at low volume but the heavier set sounds bad to me. Especially the drums. Weak double bass sounds.

This album sounds amazing. The heavy guitars sound way more menacing than on Lamentations, and it's just all around better. Even with beeps. Cant wait for the DVD!
