It does have a ship date of 1/19 on my e-mail which is the same as the sales order date at the top. Perhaps they are one in the same. Thanks for looking into it and if I have caused unnecessary alarm I do apologize!

It has not shipped. The books are being printed as we speak. There was a delay at the publisher, so it's going to be very close to the ship date. If there are no other kinks, it will be on time!

Yeh same dude. I orderd the cd/book combo and 8 other cds might aswell have got another one, oh well refund is cool.

if you use a debit card thru paypal or anything else, that is how a debit card usually works. I found this out while on a metalfest trip when a couple was trying to use a debit card at the hotel lobby for their room.
