Traditional Doom Metal

I remember their set being pretty long, not 14 songs, I feel like the only reason I stayed for their set was because of full Psalm 9 tribute

Who drew the cover to your EP brah

A painter named Joe Gilronan. I asked him if he would be ok with us using it for our EP, giving him credit where credit is due, and he said go for it. He wants a physical copy, but I don't even have any of those yet...

And good doom this year? Crypt Sermon is coming out very soon and their first EP was good. I'm sure there are a few others that I can't think of right now.

Old Wainds, this should be up your alley.

Funeral Circle has a new release coming out. Keep them on your horizons and check out their first album. They now have JP of Borrowed Time fame on vocals and are set to play Hammer of Doom fest.

And this is a friend's band that has a new release coming out (a few splits, one with Funeral Circle I believe)

haha i have history with JP, he took over from me as mod of this very forum and if i recall correctly he only signed up in the first place to troll me after i was a dick over on the metal archives board. good times. he'd probably be amused to find i'm a fan of borrowed time these days. i also already had that funeral circle youtube open for some reason, i guess you probably posted it in another thread. this is REALLY good stuff, i've never heard him sound this great on vox actually. best of your three links for me, although it's all solid, thanks!

only thing i have to bring to the table from this year is trial's VESSEL which you may have heard already. some filler here and there but generally really good and fairly original imo, a wide range of influences buried in there. high roller are p reliable.
