On a different forum I frequent they have this thing where a theme is chosen, participants send a personal email to the Game Master with the song they'd like to submit, and then at the end of the week all the songs are published and people go through listening/rating/reviewing them. The process continues.

Anyone interested? I'll use a random word generator for the first theme if I get at least a few people on board.
