Just drumagog on that track... nothing else, you can see the drumagog settings and here the samples who i have gotten from this place as well, whoever uploaded it, thanks!

- Kick 1: Send big files the easy way with sendspace. Files too large for email attachments? No problem!
- Kick 2: Send big files the easy way with sendspace. Files too large for email attachments? No problem!
- Kick 3: Send big files the easy way with sendspace. Files too large for email attachments? No problem!

Then the snare:

In drumagog, i used 3 samples.. here i used 3 samples, if you see the title of the samples, you will know where it's from :

- Snare sample 1: Send big files the easy way with sendspace. Files too large for email attachments? No problem!
- Snare sample 2: Send big files the easy way with sendspace. Files too large for email attachments? No problem!
- Snare sample 3: Send big files the easy way with sendspace. Files too large for email attachments? No problem!

I blended them in around 40% with drumagog...

Send big files the easy way with sendspace. Files too large for email attachments? No problem!
Good luck!

And-two more questions
1)Bass-is this Hardcore bass or something?
2)Which headphones did you use?
THX

Bass is fully recorded with reason 3... a free bass plugin helped a lot:

Propellerhead

Afterwards i cut some mid out, add some low, compress it and voila...

My headphones are shit! A behringer HPS300 that i bought for 25 euro or so... :Smokin: i just A/B the mix with some mixes i really like myself...

Nice synth work. I'm right now in the process of really trying to understand synths and learning how to use them properly...instead of just using presets.

Have you ever used Absynth? I actually bought the tutorial DVD after a month of tweaking with it, and things are starting to click.

I've used a ton of synths, and I'm telling ya', Absynth kicks the shit out of them all. It's the king of creepy ambient stuff. The thing is pretty complex at first, but it's really simple after really taking time to learn.

We just need a sick drummer and synth player for Bob now, stick some vocals on the top and we can pack him off on his first world tour!

haha...

Who needs drummers? bassplayers? keyboardplayers? screw em, im just going to install my crappy PC on stage! :headbang:

Ben, it certainly does add some sparkle allready whenever i just put on BBE on a guitartrack... not much, but try it man... you can hear the difference, i even slightly turned the knobs to the right for more effect. BBE is a mid sucker, so i don't want to use too much.

Yeah dude... Absynth rocks! It's presets are cool as well, but i never went too deep into absynth though, i know i should do more with that VSTi...

Have you ever tried Native Instrument's "reactor 5"? man... that stuff is complicated as hell! I tried the demo, but have not gotten too far with it, it's really difficult... but the sounds are supposed to be amazing coming from that plugin!

Great tunes as usual Bob...what about using Native Instruments FM7 for Synth parts/sounds? I've gotten some great results using it.

carcass... i will dig up FM7 again, and see if i like it better then i did before... might as well upgrade to FM8 now....

sounds awesome, what kick and snare did you use from dfhs to blend with the drumagog samples?

Thanks... i used the DW22" kick, and the pearl snare 3 if remember right...
