Another "How to properly growl..." thread.

Thanks, I'm kind of developing a different technique of growling. I think once I nail it it'll be awesome, but I can tell it's going to be alot of practice for me. Erik Rutan you say?

Don't you know who Selatcia is?! Don't make him rape you with his mind. :p

:p the first person to realize it so far.

Anyone know of a DECENT microphone that you could find in any good music store, that comes with something/can buy something that can hook it up to the computer and record? all I have is my webcam, and it sounds like shit :(

Closer yup. When you transition from lows to highs it's not so good yet, and you lose tempo.

Can you send me the track you recorded on? You made the instrumental cover?

Nah,it's not mine.

By the way,I think my transition is pretty good. I was not intending to do a low to high,it was more a low to middle. I was using more a high growl mixed to a scream.
I'll post the full cover of it in the next days.

Let me hear your version of it =)

I have an unusual problem, I push out too much air for my growls. I can't distort my voice unless I use alot of air. When I try not to I just end up using my throat and it gets hoarse really fast.
