So far the two songs have been pretty basic with one staple melody. Transference is amazing, but I remember one review saying "think hate me" for one of the songs. Hate me is the song I tell people to listen to when they ask about COB, too many good things about the song the list. I'm not sure how high to set the bar in terms of expectations, but I'm hoping for a song like hate me that's lengthy (4+ min), lots of leads, many riffs, and an insane solo. The solos from HOB and Transference are decent, but slightly uninspired.

I don't know if they want to publish all lyrics in the booklet again, like with RRF (I expect so as the lyrics are more thought out this time) So I don't know if they want us to publish unofficial lyrics. But they'll let us know if they won't, so this is what I hear in the chorus:

Looking at the black river(?) of my eyes
Staring out with the heroes(?) of my lies
Give the promise if you know the world
as they want, just kill kill kill (or "as they are, just kill kill kill")

Where at least the first two sentences don't make any sense and are incorrect.

Woah well done dude. I think you're pretty close here. I can't believe how good these lyrics actually are. Can't remember the last time I heard a COB song and thought the lyrics were good.
