In Germany people under 21 are not allowed to drink anything at all when they are driving although we are allowed to drink with 16 (beer and wine) and 18 (everything else). A good rule in my opinion. Drivers under influence

Yes, that cop was a bastard werewolf! I forgot to mention the reason I got pulled over, I was going 40 MPH in a 25 MPH zone. He made me follow his finger to see how dilated my eyes were.

Well it just depends on where it is. There are plenty of places where 25 mph is plenty. And 15 mph above the limit is more than just a little bit more. (repeating words in one sentence is great)

I once spent half an hour in a police station translating for a girl from German to English when I was really drunk and the officer didn't notice it, but I never would have dared to drive a car in that state since I probably would have run over the next child that crossed my way.
