Official GMD Photo/Social Thread

So I've got some demo songs I'd like to upload. I need to convert them from .wav or .wma to .mp3 so I can put them on myspace. Is there a free app that con make that conversion?

If not that, what's a good program for uploading .wmas for people to download?
 
I don't know where to post this, so I'll post it here. Whenever I try to use Winamp to play an mp3, it won't work. I get an error message, and it shuts down. Does anyone else get this? I don't like Windows Media player, since you can't click on a whole folder and play it, like you can in Winamp, you can only play one track at a time, which is a pain in the ass. How do I fix this problem, or is there some other, better free mp3 player I can download?

I suggest JetAudio player, I've used it for years never had any problems, and it plays all kinds of files, including M4A

Nobody ever claimed that people are obligated to like classical music.

and liking classical music isn't some great lifetime achievement.

Sure but nobody made that claim either. Anyway, being able to appreciate it is certainly better than not being able to appreciate it.

I agree

Very funny that I was at the mall today and they were blasting of all things, J.S. Bach Orchestral Suite no.3 as well as Pachelbel's Canon. It was pretty good, at least I enjoyed it, but nobody else seemed to :zombie:

it doesn't matter to me though, some people are just not interested in such things, but they DO listen to crap such as mainstream pop and rap which is something I don't understand :Puke:
