I dont want to give the impression of complaining since i like many types of death metal, but i dont mean the Suffocation/cryptopsy/iniquity-style here. But whatever, just recommend.

Havent heard Intestine Baalism, but isnt it melodeath? Ok, there i draw the absolute line. Dont give me melodeath.

Intestine Baalism combines melodeath with grind, so you get some brutal parts. The riffs flow seemlessly. It's not melodeath as in gothenberg in its strictest sense.

Since this post seems to have lost its way anyways... Can anyone recommend some good Tech Death bands for me? I seem to have recently fallen in love with the sound... i'm looking for stuff in the Necrophagist, Spawn of Possession, Psycroptic vein... can't say i'm too fond of some of the "prog" death stuff I.E atheist/cynic

Visceral Bleeding is a great band, I'll second that recommendation.

Also try Yyrkoon, Cephalectomy, Deadborn (ex-Necrophagist members), Goratory (kickass brutal tech), and you would probably enjoy Lykathe (formerly Lykathea Aflame) as well, if you haven't already heard them.
