Arborio rice is the kind you find in risotto. Lobster is a local crustacean that is very expensive anywhere else but here. Riesling is a sweet white wine that goes very well with seafood.

If you're a fan of dressed up seafood dishes, you would love the resteraunt I work at. My boss is an amazing chef, and has created one of the most unique and all around great seafood menus in new england. The food we serve is a great combination of tropical flavor and new england foods. Clam chowder, lobster, shrimp, etc., but most of it has a tropical flair with lots of light fruity and spicy flavors.

Plus the best goddamn burgers on the planet.
