I gathered up this playlist of NZ music on Spotify if anyone's interested: New Zealand Experimental, Gothic and Weird. I enjoy the lot as it's hard to go wrong with weird stuff, dark electro-industrial and so on as it's all so varied and interesting.

I find Litku's pop music so infectious, the language barrier does honestly add a layer of mystique for me. Have you heard of her @Vegard Pompey?

Just a few more recent discoveries. Fun stuff, captures the 90's pretty nicely, but updated and not overly nostalgic.

Don't know why I never heard of these guys before. Post-punk produced by Peter Hammill, aggressive but also immaculate with a progressive sense of building tension. Love on first listen.

EDIT: Should point out that this demo version might not be produced by Hammill, not sure, but the studio version upload on YouTube sounded like garbage and this version still gets the job done.
