If the entire album was in the vein of this song (actually, it's more some kind of soundscape with spoken words), I would have included it in my non-metal list for 1990.
 


Don't know why I never heard of these guys before. Post-punk produced by Peter Hammill, aggressive but also immaculate with a progressive sense of building tension. Love on first listen.

EDIT: Should point out that this demo version might not be produced by Hammill, not sure, but the studio version upload on YouTube sounded like garbage and this version still gets the job done.
