I'm entering my 8th month of this relentless Deep House binge (when will it end?!!) and this song has been playing at least once day for quite some time now:

(Skip to 1:05 for the actual song)

Yes, I listen to other genres, mostly music that is made with instruments like classical, jazz, blues, some swing, old rock 'n' roll, progressive rock or whatever Pink Floyd is, some bossa nova , old funk and soul [like James Brown], some alternative rock [like Alice In Chains, Nirvana or 90's Red Hot Chilli Peppers].

Bands that are not metal:

The Beatles
The Doors
David Bowie (till the mid 80s)
The Kinks
Bad Comapny
Thin Lizzy
The Who
Screaming Lord Sutch
a few Rolling Stones songs
T. Rex
Sex Pistols
The Ramones
God is an austronaut

Actually, a lot of 60's and 70's rock bands.

Romanian traditional folk/ folk rock and medieval music, some neofolk and irish drinking songs are fun :D

Then there's gay 70's and 80's disco songs and other commercial crap that I might get into because it's fun ... :err:

I listen to little non-metal, and most of what I do is classical. I do have a few artists I really enjoy in random genre's however. My first would have to be Yuki Kajiura, who did the soundtrack for .hack//Sign and Xenosaga II. In the case of .hack I really don't know what to call the type of music, but I suppose it is "world" meets "techno" in minor keys. Here's a sample:
