Even though I'm like, VP or something at my job, this is what I truly love to do. But I only spend a few hours a week building stuff, generally I deal with people, numbers, programs, and other Typical Business Poop.

What I'm really trying to say is: I love the smell of solder fumes in the morning.

I want to start building pedals soon, but I still haven't gotten around to it. I don't really know terribly much about circuit design, but I can sure slap things together. I should just take apart a few pedals I own, change three resistors, and call it the NADFUZZ.

Oh yeah is that a Brassmaster type thang? I ask cuz I see that wee transformer in there.

I looooooooooooove Brassmasters. Best fuzz ever, I have several versions although no originals because those are ridiculously expensive.

The transformer gives an octave up effect. Removing one of the diodes leading out from it takes the octave away and cleans up the signal a bit as well. Gonna see about adding a power starve pot, just for kicks. And oscillation, if I can find/build a decent inductor.
