That subtitle is I believe something someone on the internet put on it. It was an episode of a stupid show I was forced to watch by a cousin. That one I believe involved some guy who wore a pony head and attacked girls and made their hair into pony tails or something. Although that might be something else. Idk.
It was unpleasant to watch.
