Slania is pretty meh, has a few good songs and some random melodeath crap with no folk integration to be found (I'd just listen to more random melo-death if I wanted that tbh) but it's by no means HORRIBLE.

Man, Mallcore bands like Unearth & Chimaira are much fucking worse than Trivium. Trivium has actually done a couple of decent things, unlike the slew of other mallcore bands.

How can you say that an Eluveitie album is one of the five worst metal albums ever, and yet you claim that Soundtrack to Your fucking Escape is good? That makes no sense to me man.

Because I think Slania is crap and STYE is good, period. You shouldn't need anymore explanation than that

Unearth has produced much better metalcore than Trivium, I will admit that much. It doesn't get much better than The Oncoming Storm imo

I fucking hated that album, I had trouble thinking up ones but that has to be on there.

Two of those albums aren't even metal (the Metallica albums), and there are many metal albums worse than those two Cannibal Corpse albums (I actually quite like Kill). I've never heard that Testament album, so I can't comment on it.
