Top 5 WORST metal albums of all time...

I hate most of their material because of Robert Plant and the ever-irritating (and mostly English) greasy/dumb ass white boy swagger rock they have an abundance of that diseased the whole era. I absolutely cannot stand that kind of music at all..and decent stuff like 'When The Levee Breaks' or 'No Quarter' doesn't justify a whole purchase for me...

:kickass: Yes! Finally someone who agrees with me.

I still maintain that Page is an extremely overrated guitarist and Led Zeppelin were an extremely overrated band.

David Gilmour is better.

However, I still believe that Page is a truly innovative and original guitar player, even if he did utilize basic blues foundations. His live shows tell all: there were some concerts during which he absolutely sucked; wrong notes, sloppy playing, uninspiring melodies... but fucking gods, when he was on, he was on fire.

I don't like the majority of OSDM and I probably wouldn't like Hypocrisy the way you're making it sound

Frankly: Nightmares Made Flesh is boring, uninspired death metal like the rest of Bloodbath's catalog.
:zombie:mad: you never hearing Hypocrisy, pick up their SelfTitled.

also, fuck you mang Bloodbath rules.

David Gilmour is better.
Gilmour is godlike.

I love how no one said anything about Hypocrisy except Peter was on vocals and he acts like someone described them.

And yea... their self titled album is a good start. 10 Years of Chaos and Confusion works too to hear some of everything.

Bloodbath sucks compared to hypocrisy imo. I fucking love virus

It's OK to say it a few times but the majority of your posts are about that and Black Sabbath being overrated. We get it, rock and anything blues-based aren't your thing.

He doesn't like any metal with clean vocals. He also doesn't like anything non-metal like Nickelback, Coldplay, or Disturbed because those kind of bands are pretty much the only type that play non-metal.

I never said that. In fact, I like the big three (Maiden, Priest, Sabbath) as well as some clean vocal thrash and clean vocal doom (Candlemass, Warning, Solitude Aeternus, Solistice, etc.). I even listen to power metal once in a while, if I am in the right mood.

I am aware that there is more non-metal than those bands. How could I not be aware of the existence of hip hop, r & b, jazz, country, techno, house, etc. If anything, I equate those bands with modern rock (and even that would be stretching it), but certainly not non-metal as a whole, since that is far too broad of a category.

It's also painfully obvious that you know almost nothing about music outside of metal, and possibly about a lot of kinds of metal as well.

Beherit- Oath of Black Blood
pretty much all of that br00tal/gore/porn/grind/death shit

I pretty much agree with Beherit's stuff. All the time I hear about how its so good, but I just find it terrible. I've listened to Black Metal stuff over the years that is very simplistic and minimal, but even that doesn't come off sounding as bad as Beherit imo.

And I can't stand Pornogrind or any of that modern grind shit. Theres just too many bands like that out there now that making a top 5 worst albums list is next to impossible.
