The Lamp don't take themselves too seriously I think. The end of the demo cracked me up when I first put it in my cassette player.

The finally track starts playing I Love The Lamp but then says "Wait.... this is not doom!" And abruptly ends.

Yeah, they are also doing one final set at Wings of Metal fest with long-time friends of the band and a few other cool people. Tickets for that fest sold out in a few hours, otherwise I would have dropped everything in my life and made the drive up to Montreal for it. Even though I already got to see the real Pagan Altar this show would still be a pilgrimage.
