Well,thats the first time i heard for it,more likely in 2006 with "Now, Diabolical".I can understand black metal with thrash influence and so on,but all those subsubsub-genres are ridiculous.

TBH, I don't know enough German BM bands to make that claim... I've heard maybe one or two. German goth or folk seem to be a lot more prevalent.
