Dimmu's too first albums are really atmospheric BM. I even like EDT and SBD, but after that they just got shit. I can't say they are good nowadays from any aspect.

What comes to CoF, I never got in to them, mostly because of Dani's vocals.

Can't but agree. Cradles are OK, but I pretty much hate Borgir after the first few albums.

I dunno, stuffs like From Cradle to Enslave, Nymphetamine Overdrive, etc. - they have at least 1-2 good songs per album/EP. And at least they don't sound as generic as Dimmu does.

Although, tbh, I feel like we're comparing apples and oranges here.
